I originally hail from Jacksonville, FL where I developed a strong bond with the sea.

 

I have been blessed to call many places "home"-- from small-town Davidson, North Carolina to Alajuelita, Costa Rica, and Salvador, Brazil, all the way to Huchuy Qosqo, Peru. I now live with my husband in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

I am a lover of stories--reading them, hearing them, and telling them. For those reasons, I was a high school reading and photography teacher in Houston, TX. I now focus on telling the stories of our beautiful community here in Honduras.

Essentially, I love people and capturing life.
